We offer free delivery on all orders over £30* within the UK. All prices are in GBP are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Delivered within 3-5 working days within the UK
NEXT DAY DELIVERY - £5.99 (inc. VAT)
Delivered on the next working day within the UK, with tracking information.
This service is subject to meeting courier cut-off period (1PM)
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING £15.99 (inc. VAT)
Delivery time frame is dependent on the shipping destination and we will email you with the estimated delivery date once confirmed.
Please note that you may be subject to customs or fees once the parcel reaches your country. Moon Snow is not liable in paying these fees.
THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW
- You will receive a confirmation email upon placing your order, followed by a second email containing your tracking information (if applicable) and confirmation of your order being shipped.
- In the unlikely event that you order is not received after the stated time frame, or your order is damaged upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible and no longer than 7 days from the delivery date.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
We provide a pre-order/backorder option for some of our top-selling items. If an item is out of stock and you have other available items in your cart, everything will be shipped together once the pre-order item is back in stock. If you need an in-stock item sooner, an additional delivery fee will apply. Please email us to make these arrangements.
Pre-ordered may take up to 28 days to fulfil, please consider this when making a purchase.
